CDB HEAVY DUTY BOOMS
Design features:

Construction is more massive than Standard CDB booms. Extra-thick box sections and heavier reinforcement at stress points.

Protection for hydraulics and cylinders: hydraulic lines routed inside boom and dipperstick, to pass through bulkhead at swing post and into boom base.

Controls: manually activated hydraulic 4-lever controls with electric servo valve for the hammer. Optional electro-hydraulic dual joystick.

Hydraulic power unit: modern design, heavy duty fabricated steel assembly with tank positioned above pump, includes electric motor (customer specifies voltage), coupler, pump(s), filters, oil level sight. Options available include oil cooler, tank heater, low level and high temperature warning devices.

Automatic lubrication and centralized manual lube manifold are optionally available.
