PFH SERIES DEMOLITION SHEARS
Application: For
cracking and shearing heavily reinforced concrete beams and panels.
Carrier: Designed for carriers from 70,000 to 140,000 lbs.
Design features:
-
New heavy-duty shielding protects the cylinder rod.
Tramac's patented front breaker tooth is narrow and fin-shaped, not the more common pointed shape. It starts the process with a lengthwise cracking action a significant advantage over units with conventional teeth that only chip the edges.
Precision-engineered front teeth keep up a constant distribution of cracking force during the entire closing arc, reducing the power needed for the initial break by 40% ... teeth keep their shape as they wear, and maintain their productivity.
Jaws are made of heavy-duty, abrasion-resisitant, cast mono-block steel. An oversized, specially hardened main pivot shaft ensures continuous alignment during job.
Mechanical "knock-around" swivel with ball-and-spring rotation lock mechanism ... adjusts automatically to the best cutting angle as soon as it contacts the material.
