RF SERIES VIBRO HAMMERS
With the introduction of the RF (Resonance Free) Vibro Hammer Series, Tramac brings cutting-edge technology to bear on many of the environmental problems surrounding pile driving and extraction jobs. RF vibros start up and shut down with the the hammer's eccentric moment desynchronized, completely eliminating harmful soil resonance. Once operating frequency has been reached, the eccentric moment is re-synchronized, and the vibro can reach its highest amplitude without producing destructive vibrations.
Better for the Environment, Better for the Job
Using RF Vibro Hammers, operators can work much closer to buildings, utility
lines, fiber optic lines, and other vulnerable spaces than with conventional
equipment. During operation, amplitude can be adjusted so that the maximum
permitted level is reached but not exceeded. In addition, these vibros cause
significantly less stress to the carrier's boom, reducing the potential for
damage and down time.
