DRG ROTATIONAL SORTING GRAPPLES
Power rotation combines with a super-strong steel box frame design in Tramac's new DRG Sorting Grapples series, making these the ideal handling tools for tough demolition and sorting/recycling jobs.
Applications: Demolition of concrete structures, handling
and sorting of heavy debris for recycling or removal.
Carrier: Designed for carriers from 22,000 to 110,000
lbs.
Design Features:
- Delta frame with thick steel end stops, wide pivot points using oversize pins and bearings. Pivot points sealed to keep debris out, lubrication in.
- Heavy-duty rotation motor standard; twin motors standard on larger models. Second rotational motor optional on lighter models for special applications. All rotation circuits fitted with filters.
- Single, large-diameter cylinder for extra-powerful closing and low reactive force at the hinge.
- Cylinder-end damping.
- Interchangeable, reversible, bolt-on HB500 steel wear blades which can be turned 3 times; HB500 steel side plates.
- Perforated and solid-shell models available; perforated shells provide extra torsion strength, fewer jams, better operator visibility.
- Load safety valve on open/close circuit standard on all models; prevents unsafe handling situations, oil overheating and loss of cycle speed.
