TRAPAC PLATE COMPACTORS

The TraPac operating system combines maximum eccentric weight with the exact proportions of amplitude and vibration frequency necessary to generate the most effective centrifugal force.

Application: Compacting granular and moderately cohesive soils.

Carrier: Designed to fit all carriers up to 100,000 pounds.

Maximum Production–TraPac's oversize eccentric, driven by its hydraulic motor, transmits powerful vibration waves through the baseplate to the soil.

Minimum Maintenance
- bearings run in oil bath; no greasing required
- baseplate and eccentric housing are integrally mounted; no bolts to tighten
- heavy rubber isolators prevent vibrations from reaching the carrier boom

Fast, Easy Installation–complete installation kits allow simple matching of hydraulic attachment to the carrier. Install the TraPac in place of the bucket -- ready in minutes.

Vibratory Driving–in suitably granular soil, TraPac Compactors can readily double as pile drivers.
