VIBRO HAMMERS

Tramac's new full range of vibro hammers are powerful and adaptable, with a simple design for operating ease and efficiency. They make short work of pile driving and extracting jobs in a wide variety of different soils and conditions, and are ideal for underground utility and construction projects, as well as temporary and permanent shoring.

Application: Handling, installing and extracting metal, wooden and plastic piles and beams.

Carrier: Designed for excavators weighing from 20 tons to over 47.5 tons.

  • Built for simplicity, safety, and efficient operation.
  • Only short hoses are needed for attachment to excavator; clamp cylinder hoses are well protected.
  • Jaw assembly can be rotated and mounted in either parallel or perpendicular position.
  • Tilt bracket (SH) models allow vibro to rotate 90°, so body is parallel with the ground--makes it easy to clamp onto and lift sheets from the ground.
  • Simple hydraulic installation with a built-in full function control valve. Minimal plumbing is required -- vibro operates from bucket circuit, and clamp is electrically operated.
  • Mechanical stops prevent shock absorbers from stretching during operation.
  • Optional goose-neck boom extension is available for extra driving height and increased range of movement
  • Resonance Free models are available.
