MECHANICAL PULVERIZER
Application: For efficient crushing and pulverizing of heavy concrete demolition debris. Also cleans and compactly bundles rebar for disposal.

Specially configured teeth crush concrete horizontally and vertically at the same time. As the jaws close, concrete is both cracked and bent
The unique design of teeth and jaw allows the crusher to easily strip concrete from rebar, and bundle rebar into a compact "pad" for easy loading and disposal.

Easy to mount: the crusher is powered by the bucket cylinder, with no hydraulic connections or installation kit needed.
Fitted with high alloy, abrasion-resistant teeth, either replaceable or weld-on, for long trouble-free working life.

An oversize pivot pin and bushing are an integral part of the crusher design, which protects the dipperstick pin from damaging stresses.

Optional cutting blades are available for cutting/sizing rebar. The BB Pulverizer also doubles as a grapple for loading.
